Caught this on my dash cam this morning and immediately called it in. A short time later, I got a call back letting me know the vehicle had been stopped, and the officer even requested my video. Listening to the Salem PD scanner archives, the plate matched what I captured, and the driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
